The process was simple and less expensive than going to the dealership. The key was shipped to me within a few days, and most importantly It worked. Key Me is a fantastic invention with an elegant design that is easy for anyone to use.

I called this place last week for my older neighbor who locked herself out of her house. We called locksmith before but they said it would be around 3 hours before they can come out. Locksmith charge was about $160 for full service to open the door. This guy from KeyMe wanted to charge my neighbor (older lady) $500 after he opened her door and then he came down to $300 from what my neighbor said. He also damaged her doors. It seems to me that he tried to charge someone triple what other places charge just because it was older person. Do not recommend their services.

They should be called takes over 24-48 hours locksmith. No appointment times before 9am or after 5pm for a 24 hour locksmith????
